SPECIMEN ORIGIN: Sudbury, Ontario, CANADA
This brassy yellow sample has been polished on one side to show the bright shiny metallic luster. It is a copper ore and contains a number of metals including nickeline. The broken edges show an iridescent blue-green color coating that is common on surfaces exposed to the air.
